Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sempyo.com (the "Site") and the Sempyo waitlist, operated by Vena Digital ("we", "us"), a company registered in the Netherlands (KVK no. 76076032). By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Site.

Pre-launch and the waitlist

Sempyo is in active development. Joining the waitlist registers your interest in early access; it is not a purchase and does not guarantee access, a specific launch date, particular features, or availability. Pioneer pricing is limited, offered while spots last, and described on our pricing page. We may change the product, plans, and pricing as we build. When paid plans become available, any purchase will be subject to separate purchase terms presented at checkout, including the price and applicable VAT and, for consumers in the EU, your statutory right of withdrawal.

Using the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site. In particular, you won't:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems.
• Scrape, copy, or republish substantial parts of the Site without our permission.
• Submit false information or use the waitlist on someone else's behalf without their consent.

Intellectual property

The Site, the Sempyo and Vena Digital names and logos, and the content we publish are owned by Vena Digital and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission. Product and company names of third parties mentioned on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

Third-party names and comparisons

The Site references third-party products for comparison and information. Those products are independent of Sempyo, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and comparison content reflects our good-faith understanding at the time of writing. Always check a provider's own site for their current features and pricing.

No warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Information on the Site is for general guidance and may change without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vena Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch court, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
